Group B Rally cars on the Beeb tonightg !

#1 PostAuthor: RogerJ » Sun Apr 01, 2012 6:33 am

For those who are, or were, into rallying, or those who like anything that is "proper quick", Auntie Beeb is showing a programme on the best (read scariest) of times for world rallying, the Group B era of the 1980s. Audi Quatros, Metro 6R4s, Ford RS 200s, etc etc. 4-500bhp monsters. 0-100kph in 3ish seconds. No wonder they were banned, but I loved 'em.

BBC4 @ 21:00 - 22:00 tonight (Sunday 1st April).

If you dont know what these cars are........

Absolutely.
Which I had the skill or the balls.
