Could somebody help please...How do I get my diaphrams to fit snugly into the groove all around the top of the carb body before I put the carb tops on. It's probably a good idea to sell it otherwise it'll sit around forever doing nothing. I'll let you know when it's off the bike.

Thanks Adrian, the drawing shows it perfectly. I suppose it's possible that over the years the bolts have worn themselves small shoulders. I'll give them a tap. Thanks again.

I've undone and remove the nuts and was expecting the bolts to either just push through or even maybe unscrew but.... guess what? Thanks to all for your info. and comments. Guess what, I thought I'd look at the ebay links that Z1Bman left only to find exacty what I wanted for sale from rpbikes in Clevedon. I'd given up hope of finding a genuine manual in the UK. £25 later it's my new bedtime reading. :D

Manual for a KZ1100A1 Shaft

I'm looking for a genuine Kawasaki workshop manual for a KZ1100A1 Shaft. I'm not sure if these bikes were ever sold in the UK. All help gratefully received.
