Use it until the head gasket starts leaking if it ever does I have known engines running with stripped threads on the outer 6mm bolts for years

All I can suggest is if you have checked everything and everything is correct and the carbs are ok then live with it .. Or.... The only way to make sure it's not the carbs if your not willing to get them sonic cleaned is to put your carbs on another bike see if the symptoms transfer

Looks definitely like z900 z2 tailpiece tray going by the pic on it Japanese market ..judging by the sticker but will fit z900/z1000

There's only 1 earth strap on a a4. And it has a extra bullet earth lead fixed at the battery terminal .

It's the brake outage switch and is bolted under the coils using the coil mount

Check the sight glass make sure you have enough in before anything else .

Assuming everything is fitted corectly ....you have changed everything apart from the exhaust ..have you tried running the bike without the exhausts fitted ,, I have known valve guides moving within the head and only noticeable when the engine has warmed up ...
