You can try FLOWLINER ARMOUR COAT. This comes with a cleaner and two part clear coating. Its easy to use, just takes a bit of time rotating the tank to ensure an even clear coat. Don't do it in the cold! It will take ages to set, room temp and it will set in about 45mins. I have used it on my Z1a ta...

Just an idea (it happened to me).
Have you got BOTH of the bearing retaining half rings in place ?? one on each shaft.

You definitely have a high resistance somewhere. Possibly the "in series" connectors or the kill switch. Something to check is also your grounding. If you have a multimeter with ohms, check from the battery 0v to the engine. this wants to be as low as possible (less than 0.5 ohm). this wou...
