Speak to big fluff or check out his Z1000J he fitted a 750 Zephyr front end, seemed pretty straight forward to do.

My zephyr would not idle properly today, that has CV carbs, found a split in a perished carb vacuum hose, temporary repaired that and it ticks over again.

Keep it simple and fit Zephyr 750, complete front end will probably slot straight in and back end with alloy swingarm etc.

I posted on the Zephyr Zone for you this morning Rob, hope you don't mind.

I fully protect the frame first so not to scratch it then do as the others do, did the last one on my own, bit of a maul but managed it. If you are just fitting the bottom end then you could manage on your own with the frame upright and lower rails protected.

The reason I suggested a ZRX arm Rob is it is a straight forward swap for us Zephyr owners, I know a ZRX400 arm will fit straight on to a Zephyr 750 with no mods required and will reuse the original caliper and torque arm, the ZRX1100 on to a 750 Zephyr requires spacers and a slight tweak as well as...

Instead of a Zephyr swing arm, how about fitting a ZRX braced swing arm,
the 1100 Zephyr arm is longer that the 750 Zephyr and the caliper torque bar sits above the swing arm on the 750 and below on the 1100.

The car will take a while to dry out the upholstery and the fabric will smell damp and the inside windows will be for ever misting up .......... however, hire a dehumidifier for a few days and put that inside the car and that will extract the moisture efficiently, that's what they use on flood damag...
