Also check inlet rubbers. Look for cracks. Check that they are seated correctly. Check vacuum blanks on all on fully. There is still a few things to sort out and finalize before the initial base build is complete. Once thats done it's a case of stripping it down again finishing a few bits off polishing / chroming, powder coating and spraying etc... Then the build with new bearings, nuts and bolts throughout etc... ...

Hi Paul, Most Jap bikes are 1 tooth to big on the front (aprox 3 teeth on the back). The way I do it is to setup the gearing so that I am just off the redline in top flat out.
