Also check inlet rubbers. Look for cracks. Check that they are seated correctly. Check vacuum blanks on all on fully. If you are unsure spray both sides of the gasket with copper gasket and leave to dry prior to fitting.

Put the cooler on the other way up and feed the lines over the top of the engine and then down between the carbs thats how I had mine setup on my Harris and thats what I am going to do with my current project :)

There is still a few things to sort out and finalize before the initial base build is complete. Once thats done it's a case of stripping it down again finishing a few bits off polishing / chroming, powder coating and spraying etc... Then the build with new bearings, nuts and bolts throughout etc... ...
