I saw it up for sale at Kempton Park last week didn't I ? There cannot be another i saw it and looked for you but was selling Z and Guzzi bits in Hall 2 so did not get out much to look. Lovely bikes sir, I would have to go for the shaft every time.

my mates had a Mk2 as long as I had my first ST, he spent over £1000 on chains and sprockets and I spent £7.45 on a bottle of final drive oil.

+ I never met a Mk2 I could not beat... :) :D :o

Unless i buy one at Kempton.. :P

I better get to the next Kempton Park early then to beat you to the ST bits, either that or we should swap numbers and split the show between us to trawl through in half the time!

Fantastic, nice one Pigford, welcome to the Guzzi world of fun, my two favourite bikes, Kwacker Z1s and Guzzi Le Mans.
Great bike, almost as good as the Mk 1 ( which I foolishly sold years back), I hope you enjoy the fun handling, nothing munts out of a corner like a Guzzi !

Defo get a metal mudguard whatever you do , you will need the bracing as the plastic guards do not do diddly squat unless you have a fork brace fitted.
Just checked and my 1st Marzocchis were 320s and they worked well if not a little hard.

My first ever ST which I had for 10 years odd have 350s on which was ok for me being 6ft but I have 345...

Thanks all, tried Jota bars but they did not fit me or look good on the bike the way I will want it, Disco Volante Tarrozi adjustable are the way forward me thinks for my long arms, I just have not got that sort of cash unless Santa is kind this year....
