I have been reading some articles and I think it will be not possible to do what I want as the existing chrome has to be removed and that will be difficult on the exhaust header clamps. Thanks for the advice. Do you have any names for the suppliers? Also I tracked down a front engine bolt of a Z1000 1978 would that be the same as the Z1B bolt?

Does anybody have a front engine bolt (92091022) to sell for a Z1B.

My Zed did have crash bars fitted which I am removing and I would dearly love to get the proper bolt for the engine mount at the front.
