Could the swing arm from the bike that the replacement wheel came from not be used? As in, if you sourced a wheel from a ZX, could the ZX swing arm not be modified and used? Just be aware that Kawasaki rear wheels seem to be a lot wider across the hub than Suzuki wheels for the same rim width, or certainly the 4.5 ones which will take a 160 are, maybe as much as 50mm, which can cause problems getting them into any given swinging arm. It measures as 1.25 narrower and on a 160 that can make the difference between touching and not touching the tyre and gives the same extra clearance for the offset sprocket atthe top end. A modern 530 is more than capable of coping with the weedy power output of a Zed compared with a Hayabusa for ex...
