Perseverance at what you are doing, and patience not to start using bigger and heavier tools and it will go.

That said, I once skipped a GS750 engine because the barrels would not come off.

To help mr Big Green out it would be useful to havea good scan of the wiring diagrams of the above bikes if anyone can help.

Particularly the pert with the oil level/pressure switch.

Is there a cheaper tank you could take the screw plates from?

Kawasaki used the tank badges across the range I believe, so a GPZ305 or GPZ550 tank or similar may have those parts.

Would need a trip to a friendly shop with a vernier I guess.
