Just buy some welder cable & put your own ends on (easy). Carries more current than you'll need & it's more flexible & cheaper. Think the stuff I used is 16mm squared cross section.

Strange! No plastic washers on my Z650 tap, just 2 external copper ones. I'll have to check the parts diagrams

Regular M6 bolts of the same length will be fine.

My Z650 had copper washers though
