I am just finishing my KZ1000A2 and I am getting ready for my next project. I want to build a KH500 for the local hillclimb/sprint so I am looking for a KH500 bike a complete bike in any condition please. Is there any out there.

I am refitting the carbs on my 1000A2 high bars and I cannot get the new cables to fit I have a set from Z Power and the cables are part number 54012 081 and 54012 087 can anyone help with ideas.
I can fit the return cable but the other is 20mm too short.

RECTANGULAR MASTER CYLINDER

I am just rebuilding my master cylinder (front) on my Z1000A2 and it has the larger master with the large reservoir has anyone on ordered a seal recon kit if so from where and which part number. Thanks

I have been offered a set of Z900 4 into 4 exhaust will they fit on my Z1000A2 and if so what do I need to fit them. I think they would look good I know they are not standard but as long as they will fit with no major mods. Thanks

I have got stuck we the forks off my bike I cannot remove the bottom allen bolt to split the forks has anyone got any bright ideas to stop the inner damper sping. I have tried the old broom hand trick but no go, except a moan from the wife about oil on her broom handle.

Thats a sore point being a small Island we still have a few fred in the shed people who do everything the old way (the best way). But all parts have to shipped in from UK and postage on large bits very expensive. One plus point is we do not pay VAT on new parts!!!
