Hi all, looking for a throttle tube for an early Z Push pull type for my Z1B resto project.
Any quick action throttle converts out there got one lying around?
Cash waiting.
Cheers Dave

Z1 Z900 cam cover.
Hi Zedders. I'm after any decent Z1 73 to 76. (Think thous are different) cam cover. My latest project has a little too much corrosion damage evident after vapour blast.
Anything considered. Thanks Dave.

Hi Floyd. Your B is looking the bussiness, very nice indeed. I have restored quite a few sets of carbs for my own projects and for some club members. Here's a before and after of a set I've just completed for a new members Z1A he's restoring. http://i1093.photobucket.com/albums/i431/DaveZ1A/Mark%20O...

My god what a coincidence I've seen this engine in the flesh! I was at Steve Smethurst's place on Saturday dropping off a Z1A engine for cleaning and he showed me this gem he'd been working on. He's now offering an engine cleaning service where if your happy your engine is in good order and doesn't ...

Not enough adjustment
Setting the ignition timing on a Z1B and seem to have ran out of adjustment on the base plate and the points plate to achieve the correct setting. I think the advancer is from a later bike A4 or 1000 but when adjusting so the points start to open at 5 degrees BTDC on the F mark, I can't move the pla...

Thanks guys, Just looked on Zpower site and looks like Z1 through to Z1000a1 were the same size fork sanctions 72 to 77. After that z1000a2 and on wards the fork stanchions went up in size. So the thou yolk should be ok as long as it's a A1. Any corrections from the experts out there welcomed! Cheer...
