took starter to bits,
found the connector that leads to the outside was broken,
brushes are good
what else needs checking on the starter motor?
or is there an upgrade that can replace this one?

-large bolt to take starter rotor off end of crankshaft,
-rotor assembly as mine is cracked inside,
-starter rollers with springs,
-c shaped holder for holding rotor steady to tighten end nut

found there was problems turning the engine over, not spinning quickly and smoothly, took left casing off, what size is the bolt fits to take off the starter clutch rotor on gpz1100 84. just noticed inside the rotor magnets are cracked, can they be fixed or need replacing? how do i refit the rotor o...

on the clutch sprocket cover on gpz1100
-the clutch cable- is this loosely fitted in the hole and adjusted with the nuts?
-the worm drive- where can i get the ball bearings?
