standard bore z1a , was running 117.5 main jets , bogsdown ,sooty plugs , needles at #3 , put standard 113's in , kerker 4-1 ,standard airbox ,
113's too lean?
Had the carbs chemically cleaned

Piston kit

Slight wear on standard bore.Bike has done 36000 miles.Local engine rebuilder says go out to 66.5mm , 1st oversize . Dont want to go out to 1015 etc . anyone recommend a quality piston kit .

Had the same problem , sustained high speed and vibration mmmmm,tried a few mobs to get a new rotor , Electrex , wemoto , couple in US , Schrems took my money but didn't deliver and wont respond. I ended up with a 2nd hand rotor.Charging issue at the moment.......
