colourtune colours ?

Seems to be a few Carb questions on here ATM. Must be the time of year to get the bike runnning right ready for some sun. I have a question too. I've rebuilt my carbs with new keyster kits. Cleaned and blown out all the crap with the airline. Set the slide hieghts. Balanced them on the vacume gauge ...

What sort of time do you meet normally ?

I'd like to try and get there, however I'm on cal this weekend and the bike is missing an engine. Would be good to see a couple of Zed for inspiration.

I think this is probably correct because the route is a little longer to pass the calipers. I think I have an A1 speedo cable and it is a bit tight, the cable is also a bit knackered so I'll get a new one for an A2 and let you know if it's any better.

I am really looking forward to getting back on it and riding it. Hopefully the ride will be even better now with the new bearings, brakes etc. I don't intend to fully restore it this year. I want to get it on the road for spring to enjoy it. The most frustrating thing at the mo is getting the correc...

LOL, not a tired as when I had to push it after the throttle cable broke. :D

...and when it melted the fuse box

...and when it got a flat tyre

...and when it was pissing petrol out of the carbs all over the brand new rear tyre that I just replace because of the flat.

Thanks for the offer hillbilly but I found a 43mm caliper at Stoneleigh today. I have a spare 38mm caliper if anyone needs one now ;)

43mm front caliper wanted

Need a caliper that will take a 43mm piston for twin disk setup on a Z1000A1. I have one currently that is stamped with an L on the bottom (which I guess is the Left) so need a right.

If you have one and want to sell could you send me a pic/spec.

Thanks
Dave.
