That looks fantastic Martin, can't wait to see it with the fairing fitted.

Could you fit/fabricate some alternative rearsets?

Re-assembled just about everything, mounted battery, solenoid, reg/rectifier and made a simple loom. Motor now cranks over 'on the button'. Just need to add an ignition circuit and we're ready to fire it up. :boom :boom http://i630.photobucket.com/albums/uu28/StevenLewisSharp/20170219_173238_zpskkpo...

Progressed a bit more with this, welded my 'disc carrier' to the axle, then re-cut the face on the lathe to get it as square as possible. http://i630.photobucket.com/albums/uu28/StevenLewisSharp/20170131_150603_zpsys8o0fdi.jpg Countersunk that pesky bolt that was fouling the chain. http://i630.photo...

Ideally, it would be great for Buzzard to use it at the 'Pod'. Once he's nitroused it.  But any other potential Pilots. will need to sign a long and well worded disclaimer :D Tyres ain't gonna last 5 minutes. Ted1R delivered another set, destined for 'the slaughter'. Rob. (Zed1015), I...

Probably get used at a couple of rallies, Lower Lode etc If I'd broken a perfectly good Zed for the motor, I could understand the outcry...
