Spacer Width
I am replacing an old JMC swinging arm with a new one. I think the old one has a custom made spacer between the rear wheel hub (brake side) and the arm. I suspect the new one will work with a standard spacer.
Could someone please advise the width of a standard spacer.
Many thanks.

Kerker Exhaust ?
Who's the best/cheapest supplier for a (new) Kerker here in UK/Europe?
Or do I have to get from US, and if so, any recommendations ?
Want to try and avoid vat and customs duty.
Thanks.

Setting Ignition Timing
Hi, bike has not been revving properly since I bought it....runs pretty well up to 5-5.5k and then gets very lumpy. Thought I would check the timing with a strobe. This is at the edge of my mechanical competence, and as per usual Mr Haynes doesn't even reference what the marks are for. I have Dyna S...

Hi Pigford, unfortunately haven't had time today to take it out....I haven't pushed it as I don't want to create any problems....will rev freely in neutral. Always pulls like a train up to 5.5.-6k revs even if you back off the throttle, doesn't matter if its constant or under acceleration. Get where...

Fuel Starvation ??
I've got a Z900 with a 1075 conversion (400 miles since rebuild), standard carbs, bell mouths and Pingel tap. Fuel pipes from Pingel to carbs have air bubbles which seem reluctant to depart. Some 'light' black smoke from Vance and Hines at low revs. Bike pulls like a train to 5.5-6k then starts to d...

I purchased a front wheel advertised as fitting a Z1. On trying to fit to my Z1A I discovered the hub on the new wheel only has 4 fitting bolts for the disc whereas mine has 6 bolts. I confirmed that my hub is standard for 73-75. Is this hub from a later z, perhaps a Z900 orearly Z1000? Any ideas ? ...
