C Clip for FI Harness - Unitrak 1100

C clip / little spring clip that is on the fuel injection wiring harness connector where it joins the injector.

Anyone got a scrap wiring harness they can take a clip off?

Cheers

Bought kit from Debben for Uni 1100. The engine sprocket looks to need to come out about an inch or so.

To be fair to Debbens, I havent spoken to them yet about this.

Maybe a spacer is required, if so not sure I can make it

I bought a kit from Debben, but the engine sprocket spacing / alignment was not really thought about.... I still need to get back to them on this point btw.
1100 Unitrak to be clear, but should be similar.

ST and MK2 Engine / Cylinder Heads the same?

Are the ST crank and cylinder head exactly the same, i.e interchangeable with no problems ?

I have a MK2 engine that I am wanting to recover with parts from a donor ST engine.

Any thoughts or lessons learned that people should wish to share?

Can't find new ones and zpower say they are no longer available...

Out with the hairdryer....

I just wondered if there was a "do this before you do that" technique?

Got one out of 4 done at the moment.

Unitrak Throttle Body Rubbers

GPz1100 A2 Unitrak - Fuel Injection Hardware Holy $@!* There are some things that have tried my patience and my ingenuity through this engine rebuild but trying to get the air stacks from the airbox onto the rear of the throttle bodies is doing my head in big time! Any done this recently? Is there a...
