Biggest you can go to is 150 without modifications to swing arm . Be careful what 150 tyre you use as some are more than 150mm wide . We had to put a dent into the inside of Kath's A2 as the Avon 150 was about 159 wide .

Yoyo has one for sale ZL1000 good condition and runs well . Only bits not standard are the foot pegs and a 16" back wheel fitted [reckoned to be better mod for gearing and tyre selection] . £2500 . If interested I will give you his contact details and you can sort out photos etc .

Get one of the ones that fits into the steering stem below the bottom yoke . The one I got has a selection of pins to fit various bikes , zrx and z1000 . Ebay 231611772539 should work . Not the same as mine but I can't remember where I got mine , probably at a bike show .

Heat the tube up in line with the rev counter drive and dent it with a hammer to allow the cable to fit . You could use a G clamp instead of a hammer if you don't want to break other bits !

The kits were sold by LEDAR , think it was run by Leon Moss . They were not a stock part on zeds . Have you tried going down a size on pilot jets ?
