Not sure if you can buy it in the UK but I,ve used this stuff called Devcon ,2 part epoxy repair putty,its slow curing(2hours) so you can have a bit of a play with it,good industrial suppliers should stock it.

Hi Lads ,I'm a bit pissed of at the moment,I've lost the top triple clamp dome nut from my CR,after dozens of calls trying to find one with no luck,even trying to find what thread type it is was interesting,one of the fitters at work measured it and came up with a hydraulic fitting that fits perfect...

finally got to go for a ride after fitting the APE clutch plates and the first ride the clutch was slipping like you wouldnt belive so I backed off the adjuster at the pushrod and all seems fine now though it still seems to be to heavy,but that could be down to having clipons and putting to much dra...
