You will find BT45`s excellent and Kawasaki never fitted a V rated tyre to the Z1 or 1000 A series.


It looks like BT45's then, I can get them a lot cheaper than those Pirelli Demons :shock:

Never had pirelli's on any bike but I will take a look at them. I was always a Dunlop user.

Tyres

I have been looking on M&P's website for BT45's and they only come in "H" rating in my sizes (3.25/19 - 4.00/18) Has anyone used the same rating on their Z1's. Not that I expect to be going anywhere near the 130mph rating.

That's exactly the problem. I couldn't remember if it was No.1 on the left as I was sat on the bike or from the front. I like Pigfords explanation, simple but to the point.

IF its not a standard bike cut the trangler part of the frame off that hold the rear foot pegs on you can keep them and always have them welded back on you know you want to i would of done this but i also have a zed 1000 with a jmc fitted It is a standard bike that I have owned since the late 70's ...
