Side panel badges are on the list but bike is sidelined for the moment. Now got a wee boy in the family as from Thursday morning so all attention has been re-directed!!!!

Yep, no side panel badges. Bike never came with any and the only place I know of getting some are from Reproduction Decals. Think they are about $100. Got a couple of small things for it's mot first then see how money goes.

Stripped the clutch down today. It would appear the plates were stuck together. Put it back together and ran it up and down the street a few times and seems alright. I'll need to get my hands on another cable though as the one on it isn't quite right.

Thanks for the comments gents. Al, you've given me plenty to check over. The last time I had the plates out I measured them all up and they were like new. I am still trying to remember if I did actually count them though. A previous owner had put 1/8" thick washers between the springs and bolts...

GPZ1100

I suppose this should really be in this section as it's a bit of work in progress. As some of you will have seen I've made a couple of bits for the bike over the past while. Well here's the bike. Still got some small stuff to do to it, but got a problem with the clutch. Get all the correct movement ...

ZRX1100 Yokes

Don't suppose anybody has a set of ZRX1100 yokes they want to part with? Don't even need the top one, could get away with the bottom and stem.

Yep, that's the one I have. It measures 10 1/2" from pivot centre to the tip of the stand. I can't see any noticable signs of rot and it all seems to look okay. If you're stand is longer then it could be a case of finding the correct stand. It could probably do with being about 1 1/2" long...

Side Stand Length

Could somebody please tell me the correct length of the sidestand fitted to a GPZ1100 B2?

I'm trying to figure out if it's been replaced with a shorter one or the bracket that is welded to the frame is bent.

Cheers

Lawson Seats

Does anybody out there have a Lawson seat from Kipkawa? I got a seat from M&P and there is a problem with the base and is being sent back. I was looking at Kipkawa's site and was looking for some reports from anybody on here that has one.

Cheers
Col.
