The entire H1 gearbox can be substituted, you just need to swap the bearing behind the clutch for the H2 One, the ratios are obviously slightly different but not too noticeable - I don't think it will come to that though :wink:

Sounds like you have damaged the selector fork, I seriously doubt that you took all the teeth off the gears, the other possibility is that you have snapped the end off the selector drum, start with removing the clutch cover and then clutch, pull the tin cover off the selector drum and look for crac...
