Thanks for your answers guys, I guess that the wheels were not origional to that bike in 1977 but I don't mind them, it's some of the other bits that I want to get replaced, the master cylinder is first on the list, the one fitted has no mirror mount, I will swap the bits over as I find them, cheers

Hi Guys, has anyone any idea what year cast wheels were used on the Z1000, i have them on mine 1977 Z1000a1 but don't think they are standard, cheers

The problem is that the long cable fits both the brackets on the carbs and the short doesn’t fit either

Throttle cables

Hi Guys, I have been having a bit of trouble connecting up my new 33mm Mikuni’s, my problem is that I don’t seem to have enough play between the threaded adjuster and the nipple, one of my cables fits both sides of the carbs but the other cable is shorter, do I need to just buy another...
