The easiest way is to swap the stems over between the yokes to retain your original length and bearing sizes.

Zephyr stems have 25 or 26X47X15 top bearings I think yours are 30x48x13

Check on the wemoto site as they have usefully included the bearing sizes in their part lists.

There is loads of good stuff tucked away in Ireland but 5 original,s is impressive.
