Bike Touring

Do the sensible things before you go, take a couple of cables, split link for the chain and a inner tube (not very common now). Check the oil whenever you have a chance and enjoy the trip. Bit of break down cover is worth getting, if you belong to the AA or RAC you can just extend the cover. I took ...

Kent Meeting

Bazza Not having a go at you, I turned up quite a few times last year on the Harris, with the only other person on a Z and that was the person who came with me. I would rather come down to Paddock wood, can be a good ride, the reason I ride a bike is to ride it, not go a couple of miles and sit in a...

Kent Meet

Baza.

Just for info!

The VMJC have changed their day in the month to same as the Kent Zed night.

They meet in West Kingdown, think you might loose a few Zeds to their meeting.

Mind you everytime (bar one) we were the only zeds at the Blue Belland the VJMC seem to get a few.

Sproket

You can get a billet one of Debben. I have a 630 16 tooth one on the Harris, he did not think I would get away with the 17 tooth. I have Hydralic clutch but still think I might try a 17. What you fitting it to, whats the tyre and rear sproket size? The GPZ one is offset but only 15 tooth, I have one...

Valves

My understanding is:-

Exhaust Std 30mm
Inlet Std 36mm

Oversize +1mm

If you look on the debben site, Same sizes/part numbers are listed for both 900 and 1000.

There you go, keep asking.
