Don, The date code for the the Z1 master cylinder is shown as a single number internally i.e. 2 or 3 for 72/73 Z1. The brake caliper bracket uses the same single number identification. Hi all - searched for info on master cylinder date codes but cant find any - may be covered in John Brookes' book but no copies available to buy at moment and so don't have access.
