Take them off, clean em check needle valves, set float heights and replace all the gaskets because it wont be long before all four start weeping otherwise,

Chrome the clamps you wont be happy otherwise, they will stick out tu you like a saw thumb every time you look at the bike.
I say this from experience of saying 'that'll do' then having to do the job again because I wasn't happy, its the little details that make a good bike great.

Strip,clean,inspect,balance and weld with new big ends and mains came to £580.
