Off the top of your head you don't happen to know the width st the pivot point do you? As I see you have / had one ( looking at your signature ).

Also are the panels & tank the same as the st ?

Thanks for your help :-)

It definitely doesn't share it's frame with its shaft drive (ST) variant. If building a bike from frame upwards and you want the mk2 style, the shaft version might be a good bet, frames are more common, they benefit from a very wide frame at the swingarm so would take pretty much any arm. MK2: Frame / Chassis

Hi all

Does the mk2 share a frame with any other model? I hope that makes sense? Basically I'm on the hunt for a MK2 frame but can't seem to find one, if they share a frame with different models I could broaden my search.

Tail units come up on ebay (far cheaper than pattern one), I sold one recently to someone in Japan for about £30. ST ones are usually cheaper but they are slightly different, they have a recess part where the seat goes (so hidden with seat down) but they fit and are identical otherwise. Maybe not ...

Z1000 MK2 parts

Hi all

I'm on the lookout for a Z1000 MK2 frame with tank / panels / seat & V5.

Does anyone have anything knocking about, or can point me in the right direction

Rgds
